I developed a passion for food during my early teens. At 13yrs old I started helping my mother in the kitchen preparing meals for my father. When I was 18yrs after graduating high school, I enrolled in Le Cordón Bleu Culinary School.
I graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts, Marketing & Business Management. Fast forward to 2010 I started my own business as a private chef & caterer. Since then I have catered several dinner parties, and private events. Nearly 2yrs ago I began bottling my own signature hot sauce. As a private chef & caterer I cook with fresh ingredients & fresh herbs & spices. I believe in giving my 100% best in providing great quality food for all my customers. I travel out to your home, cook right in your kitchen with my own equipment and with a 3 course meal, I will make your party complete. I also do free consultation over the phone or in person and I also do large parties
For a buffet style service choose any 2 Appetizer, any 2 Entree & 1 Dessert listed in the menu below. Water & Sweet Tea are included in the pricing. Drinkware, Silverware & Dinnerware are included in the pricing. $65 per person
For a plated Entree & Dessert only service, Its $35 per person. My team and I will cook right in your own kitchen or at the rented facility with my own supplies.
There is a traveling & clean up fee of $300.00 charge that is included in the pricing.
